Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of semi-permanent makeup services offered by Rebecca Permanent Make-Up and Beauty, located at Aneray Road, Camborne, Cornwall, TR14 8UB (hereinafter referred to as "the Artist" or "we"). By booking a service, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Booking and Appointments
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A £50 late cancellation fee applies to the complimentary touch-up appointments where less than 48 hours notice is given.
Service Description
The Artist provides semi-permanent makeup services as described on rebeccapmuartist.com and during the consultation. Services include powder brows, combination brows, nano hair stroke brows, lip blush, permanent eyeliner, and PMU removal.
Client Consent and Medical Considerations
Clients must disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect the treatment. A patch test is required prior to treatment and may be completed in person at a consultation appointment, or sent by post. Clients must complete all consultation forms as soon as a booking is made to confirm suitability for treatment.
Age Restrictions
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive semi-permanent makeup services. Proof of age may be requested.
Aftercare
Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided by the Artist to ensure the best results and minimise the risk of complications. Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect the outcome of the treatment and any subsequent touch-up sessions.
Results and Touch-ups
Results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. All PMU treatments require two sessions to perfect — the desired results may not be achieved until both sessions are completed. Touch-up sessions are typically scheduled 5–8 weeks after the initial appointment and must be booked within 10 weeks of the initial session to remain within the included touch-up period.
Liability
The Artist is not liable for any unforeseen results or complications that may arise post-treatment where the client has not followed aftercare instructions or has withheld relevant medical information. The Artist carries full public liability insurance and all treatments are performed in a clean, professional environment.
Privacy and Data Usage
By booking a service and entering your personal information, you consent to Rebecca Permanent Make-Up and Beauty contacting you via email, calls, and texts in relation to your appointment and treatment. To cease receiving communications, please contact us using the details below and we will remove your data from our system. Personal data provided is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Rebecca Permanent Make-Up and Beauty reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via the website or by direct communication.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
