I'm a fully qualified, highly trained advanced permanent make-up artist — and this is my passion. I work from my beautiful, purpose-built studio situated in my own garden in Camborne, Cornwall, creating bespoke, natural-looking results that genuinely change the way my clients feel every single morning.

My studio is a calm, welcoming space where you'll feel completely at ease. I take the time to really understand what you want — whether that's effortless brows, a soft lip blush, or defined eyes — so every treatment is designed entirely around you.

What is permanent make-up?

Permanent make-up (also called cosmetic tattooing or micropigmentation) deposits pigment into the upper layers of skin to create the appearance of make-up. Results last 1–5 years depending on treatment, skin type and aftercare.

Does it hurt?

A topical numbing cream is applied before and during treatment to keep you comfortable. Most clients describe the sensation as a light scratching. Pain tolerance varies, but the majority find it very manageable.

How long does the treatment take?

A full appointment including consultation, numbing and treatment typically takes 2–3 hours. A top-up session (6–8 weeks after) is shorter, around 1–2 hours.

How long do the results last?

Brows typically last 1–3 years, lip blush 2–5 years, and eyeliner 3–5 years. Annual colour refreshes help maintain vibrancy.

What is the healing process like?

In the first few days the treated area may appear darker and slightly swollen — completely normal. Colour softens over 7–14 days. Full healing takes 4–6 weeks, after which you'll attend a top-up to perfect the result.

Am I suitable for permanent make-up?

Most people are suitable, but there are some contraindications including pregnancy, breastfeeding, certain skin conditions and medications. A full consultation is conducted before every treatment.

Where is the studio located?

The studio is a purpose-built space in my private garden in Camborne, Cornwall (TR14 8UB). It's beautifully designed and completely private. Full directions are provided upon booking.
